Kate Michels’ Emotional Wisdom Training showed me that what seemed like permanent obstacles in my life were merely my feelings, thoughts, and beliefs,  creating an illusion in my mind.  Once I realized that I created the obstacles that were holding me back, I found ways to navigate around these obstacles, move forward and enjoy life more!  Aside from using the emotional wisdom training for my personal life, I also use the Emotional Wisdom Training principles to improve the results of my sales calls and to assist my friends, relatives, and colleagues, in bringing more clarity to their lives.
